companies will search most of averagers to work with them, they dont always choose 4 flat students to be absorb into the company. They (4'flat students) may be undoubtly qualified based on their grades, but there's a lot of cases that these people lack in communication skills, personality and so on. On the other hand, average students even they were playful, carefree etc., they still able to maintain their achievement. Because they maybe have socialize much and so, they have no problem in communication and interact with new people. Sometimes they can do better in work compared to the 4 Flat students. So, average is a ok.!!
